I understand that clients choose in order of the reservation list and clients can choose any of the puppies available to them at their selected time. If a client is unable to choose at their appointed time then they forfeit their place in line.

I understand that puppies can have common ailments upon coming home. Urinary tract infections, parasites, ear infections and allergy issues are all common. I understand that it will be my responsibility to treat and care for my new puppy once they leave the breeder.

Goin Doodles Go Home Puppy Contract

I/We agree to the following terms on the purchase of a __________________ Labradoodle from Goin’ Doodles. The purchase price of the puppy is $2500.00. $500.00 is due for the non-refundable deposit. An additional $2000.00 is due on or before the day of pick up. If at that point the remainder is not paid in full, NO monies will be returned. Puppies will not be available for pick up until 8 weeks of age. Puppies are not AKC registered as they are not yet recognized by them.

Condition of sale:

Adopter will make sure that the puppy throughout its life will receive all vet care necessary and provide a comfortable lifestyle and living situations.
Under NO circumstances shall the puppy/dog be placed in a pet store, animal shelter, used in dog fighting or similar situations, neglected, abused, mistreated, denied vet care or starved.
Adopter agrees to have the puppy spayed/ neutered between the ages of 6 - 18 months of age.
Breeder is not responsible for any vet care after leaving the breeder.
Breeder guarantees the puppy is in good health, has received core and legally required immunizations, has been dewormed and has been examined by a licensed veterinarian by the time the adopter takes possession. Adopter has a 3 month health guarantee that covers genetically fatal conditions. (Does not include: viral illnesses, infections, improper bites/malocclusion, etc., Hernias, Hypoglycemia, Dietary changes, Giardia or Coccidiosis.) In case of issues adopter can either choose to keep the dog and pay all medical expenses OR return the dog and receive a new puppy from the next available litter.
Breeder cannot guarantee temperament. Therefore it is important the buyer has as much knowledge as possible about the breed. Seller also cannot guarantee coat type. Coat type and color can change throughout dogs life span. Breeder will however attempt to give adopter as much information about the adopted puppy as possible.
Breeder will provide the puppy with the first set of age appropriate shots and 3 sets of deworming.
Puppies should be picked up at 8 weeks old. In the event you are not able to get your puppy at that time there is a $200.00 a week fee for up to 2 weeks that we will continue to train and house your puppy. Provided the dog is paid for in full. If we home the puppy for a time that requires another set of vaccines then adopter must also pay the vet fees additionally.
In the event that the adopter is unable to keep the dog at any point in its life, Goin’ Doodles must first be informed and be allowed to help find the dog a suitable home.

No known health problems have occurred in the parents. Buyer has 2 weeks from the pickup day to take the puppy to the vet to be health checked. If the puppy is found to have a health issue that is fatal then the Buyer may return the puppy and will either be allowed to pick another puppy if any is available or guaranteed a puppy from next litter. In this case Goin Doodles will require a statement from the owners vet to confirm. Upon signing this contract you agree to all sales conditions.
